The Last Punisher by Kevin Lacz

Interesting SEAL team stuff, the author believes he is one of a small percentage of people who is born to kill - he get's relief from it.

Island by Thomas Perry

Didn't make it through the book, might have continued but it expired.

Lone Survivor by Marcus Luttrell

Good read.

12 Strong by Doug Stanton

OK to meh.

To The Death by Patrick Robinson

Final book in series and it's anti-climatic. The series started off excellently and and steadily declined to OK.

Ghost Force by Patrick Robinson

OK+

Hunter Killer by Patrick Robinson

OK.

Scimitar SL-2 by Patrick Robinson

Author's rantings about liberals getting tiring but story OK.

Barracuda 945 by Patrick Robinson

Series is growing less interesting but still entertaining.

One Good Deed by David Baldacci

Interesting characters and story.

Bark of Nigh by David Rosenfelt

Andy Carpenter, Book 19 is another fun and forgettable saga in the enjoyable series.

The New Girl by Daniel Silva

Book 19 in the Gabriel Allon is good, consistent with previous installments. Not great but entertaining.

Game of Snipers by Stephen Hunter

Bob Lee Swagger, book 11, continues the journey with always enjoyable Swagger. Some interesting plot twists including Obama and Trump but not great.

Dead Anyway by Chris Knopf

Knopf tells an interesting story a fun author to follow.

Screwball by Simon Rich

Light, fun and interesting.

The President Is Missing by Bill Clinton, James Patterson

Excellent. Clinton delivers interesting, often subtle, insights into POTUS.

Mycroft and Sherlock by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Anna Waterhouse

Well written but hard to stay with, sort of boring.

On Borrowed Time by David Rosenfelt

I was just OK with this book. The premise around implanting memories into the main characters brain was mildly frustrating. I wouldn't have known this was written by Rosenfelt if I hadn't seen it.

H.M.S. Unseen by Patrick Robinson

Book 3 was enjoyable and will keep me going to the next...

Big Fish by Thomas Perry

Enjoyable. I think it's early Perry and while a little disjointed you see the author's wit and style.

It's a Long Story by Willie Nelson, David Ritz - contributor

Interesting autobiography about Willie Nelson's life.

Solus by Peter Bowen

A Montana Mystery Featuring Gabriel Du Pre, Book 15. Yeah! This series has been so consistently enjoyable. There's nothing else out there like it. Solus, book 15 in the series, delivers even with high expectations.

Kilo Class by Patrick Robinson

Book 2 was very enjoyable, excited about the rest of the series.

Nimitz Class by Patrick Robinson

First book in the Admiral Arnold Morgan series and I can't wait to read the next. Very good, excellent even - only downside is his unconcealed loathing of the Democratic Party.

Stories I Only Tell My Friends by Rob Lowe

Surprisingly interesting - really spoke to growing up in Malibu during the 1970's.

Special Ops by W. E. B. Griffin

Book 9, is the last in the Brotherhood of War series and as corny and macho as it is, I'm sorry there's not more. Really enjoyed this and the entire series.

The Aviators by W. E. B. Griffin

The soap opera keeps going with Brotherhood of War, Book 8 and I can't wait for the next.

Maximum Bob by Elmore Leonard

Entertaining but not up to top notch Leonard.

Hombre by Elmore Leonard

Unusual for a Leonard, slow western with interesting characters. EL is a high bar and this was just OK.

The Lazarus Vendetta by Robert Ludlum, Patrick Larkin

Turns out to be a Ludlum knock-off but was OK. Abridged which I think was good. Brick was OK narrator.

Neon Prey by John Sandford

Book 29 is pretty good entertainment but not good enough to understand why I've read them all.

A Killer's Mind by Mike Omer

Zoe Bentley Mystery is kind of boring. I tried several times to finish it but couldn't.

Redemption by David Baldacci

Memory Man Series, Book 5 is a pretty good entry in the series but it's not great. This series is enjoyable but missing something.

Saving Bravo by Stephan Talty

Billed as "The Greatest Rescue Mission" in Navy SEAL History the story doesn't live up. Lots of details about how people were raised, well researched but lagging in action.

Black and Blue by David Rosenfelt

A Doug Brock Thriller, Book 3 was my first of the series and it was OK.

Tango Down by Chris Knopf

Another Sam Acquillo Mystery, enjoyable.

400 Things Cops Know by Adam Plantinga

400 Things Cops Know: Street-Smart Lessons From a Veteran Patrolman is very interesting.

Hostile Takeover by Shane Kuhn

The follow up John Lago Thriller is enjoyable but not as good as the first.

One True Sentence by Craig McDonald

Very enjoyable, a good series.

While Drowning in the Desert by Don Winslow

The Neal Carey Mysteries, Book 5 appears to be the last in the series. It was light and fun.

A Long Walk Up the Water Slide by Don Winslow

Enjoyable, not as good as the previous books in the series.

Elon Musk by Ashlee Vance

Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future by Ashlee Vance was hard not to like because what Musk is doing is SO amazing. Captivating.

The Man on the Mountaintop by Susan Trott, Libby Spurrier

Sweet, and a really nice surprise.

Power Moves: Lessons from Davos by Adam Grant

Unable to finish, lost interest.

Love, Lucy by Lucille Ball

Slow but interesting.

The Intern's Handbook by Shane Kuhn

Very enjoyable.

The Bomb Maker by Thomas Perry

Enjoyable.

Think this was a dud.

The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss

Kingkiller Chronicle, Book 1 was just OK.

Dark Sacred Night by Michael Connelly

OK, weak for Bosch though.

California Fire and Life by Don Winslow

Enjoyable.

Deck the Hounds by David Rosenfelt

An Andy Carpenter Mystery, Book 18, is like all the others, very enjoyable.

Holy Ghost by John Sandford

Enjoyable, but for a Virgil Flowers Novel it was OK.

The Target by Catherine Coulter

I don't remember.

The Cove by Catherine Coulter

Not very good.

Esther Perel's Where Should We Begin?: The Arc of Love by Esther Perel

Outstanding.

Red War by Vince Flynn, Kyle Mills

Mitch Rapp Novel, Book 17 is entertaining.

Lethal White by Robert Galbraith

A Cormoran Strike Novel. Entertaining but needs editing.

Creative Selection by Ken Kocienda

Creative Selection: Inside Apple's Design Process During the Golden Age of Steve Jobs was surprisingly good but only for those interested in Apple's history.

The Genius Dialogues by Bob Garfield

An Audible Original, some of the subjects were interesting, mostly not.

Depth of Winter by Craig Johnson

Good, as always.
