Wild Horses by Dick Francis

I didn't remember any of the plot so this was a treasure of a read.

Silent Bite: An Andy Carpenter Mystery by David Rosenfelt

Totally formulaic, the 22 books in this series all follow almost identical plot lines, and yet, I loved this book.

Squeeze Me: A Novel by Carl Hiaasen

Enjoyable but would have been better if not narrated by Scott Brick.

The Cthulhu Casebooks: Sherlock Holmes and the Shadwell Shadows: The Cthulhu Casebooks by James Lovegrove

Probably the worst Sherlock Holmes I've ever come across.

Chronicles: Volume One by Bob Dylan

Very interesting and enjoyable narration of Sean Penn.

Dan Rather: Stories of a Lifetime by Dan Rather

Short and sweet, I liked it, Kelly did not.

Danger Close by William G. Boykin

The author avoids gratuitous events like have someone walk in just as someone is escaping. The flow of the story is awkward and there are too many references to God & Jesus but the plot keeps moving. Would try the author again, I think this was a first book.

Termination Orders by Leo J. Maloney

 Couldn't get through it.

Patriot by Ted Bell

 OK.

The Last Passenger by Charles Finch

 Very good.

Warriors by Ted Bell

Mediocre

The Vanishing Man by Charles Finch

 Very good

The Inheritance by Charles Finch

Book 10 and Charles Lenox consistently delivers.

Home by Nightfall by Charles Finch

Charles Lenox consistently delivers.

The Order by Daniel Silva

George Guidall delivers and this is one of the best of the 20 books in this series.

Muzzled by David Rosenfelt

Andy Carpenter Mystery number 21 is the exact same formula used in the previous 20 and still delights.

House Privilege by Mike Lawson

Joe DeMarco series book 14 was perhaps the best.

Masked Prey by John Sandford

Book 30 narrated by Richard Ferrone is as usual very enjoyable.

Tell Me Lies by J. P. Pomare

Didn't hold my interest.

Fade to Black by David Rosenfelt

After several attempts it didn't hold my interest.

Risk by Dick Francis

Enjoyable but not a top Francis novel. I enjoyed the narrator Geoffrey Howard but would prefer Simon Preble.

The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tolle

Sounds like it's read by Dracula but Eckhart Tolle's observation about the human mind are very interesting and thought provoking.

The Woman In The Water by Charles Finch

Very enjoyable, will listen to the next.

Along Came A Spider by James Patterson

OK

House Arrest by Mike Lawson

Book 13 was enjoyable.

Sleep Like a Baby by Dana Morrison

Not interesting.

Incriminating Evidence by Sheldon Siegel

Mike Daley/Rosie Fernandez Legal Thriller, Book 2 is even better than book 1 - will try the next in the series...

Special Circumstances by Sheldon Siegel

Mike Daley/Rosie Fernandez Legal Thriller, Book 1 is enjoyable. Too long but some good court scenes.

Cut and Run by Ben Acker, Ben Blacker

Really bad.

Me: Elton John Official Autobiography by Elton John

Entertaining.

Forfeit by Dick Francis

Very enjoyable.

House Witness by Mike Lawson

OK, it's an enjoyable series and continues to keep interest.

The Murder On The Links by Agatha Christie

Slow, hard to get through.

Stick by Elmore Leonard

Leonard doing what he does best, characters that you want to hear more from.

Men, Women, And Worthiness by Brené Brown

Enjoyable.

The Chessmen by Peter May

Enjoyable.

Fearless by Eric Blehm

Don't remember.

A Soldier's Revenge by Matthew Dunn

The Word Is Murder by Anthony Horowitz

Don't remember.

The September Society by Charles Finch

Enjoyable.

Sea Stories by William H. McRaven

OK. A little long, little surpy patriotism but enjoyable.

Land of Wolves by Craig Johnson

Slow, the weakest book in the 15 of the series. OK.

The Christmas Pact by Vi Keeland, Penelope Ward

Not my style, but well done and fun.

Dachshund Through the Snow by David Rosenfelt

Cookie cutter, book 20 Andy Carpenter mystery somehow manages to bring enjoyment.

Tom Clancy Code of Honor by Marc Cameron

Long and slow, would have been much better if 1/3 had been edited out.

A Minute to Midnight by David Baldacci

OK

The Night Fire by Michael Connelly

Enjoyable.

Awareness by Anthony de Mello

This is a disjointed collection of lectures. Good bits in it.

Lethal Agent by Vince Flynn, Kyle Mills

Mitch Rapp Novel, Book 18 is OK but the once exciting series has lost steam.

Bloody Genius by John Sandford

A Virgil Flowers Novel, Book 12 continues on it's enjoyable path with returning characters that are fun to hear about.
